Designer. Developer. Builder.
Heya, I’m Gillianne. I turn ideas into apps, websites and interactive installations, combining product thinking, interface design and frontend engineering to take them from first sketch to working software.
I spent 3 years as a frontend developer at Accenture, and now design and build my own projects through my studio, Milk Krate. I also make graphics on the side, which you can browse on my graphics site (opens in a new tab).
Based in Melbourne, Australia. Open to product design, design engineering and frontend roles, in office or anywhere.

About
Before I wrote code, I made things with my hands: fine art, lino prints, posters and stickers sold at art markets. I moved into computer science, then spent 3 years as a frontend developer at Accenture, building React, Next.js and React Native apps for health and public service platforms used by over 400,000 people.
At the end of 2025 I started Milk Krate, my one-person creative technology studio, to bring the two halves together: interactive installations, apps and a photobooth I run for events. Open to product design, design engineering or frontend roles.
